Mental Strength for the Long Game

Performance psychology and integration support for athletes and high-achieving individuals navigating transition, identity shifts, and meaningful change.

Life asks a lot of us, as athletes and as people.

Whether you’re a recreational athlete or training at an elite level, sport psychology is for you.

Maybe you’re an athlete sitting at a desk, trying to perform at work.
Maybe you’re a new mom, learning your body again while showing up as a parent, partner, and professional.
Maybe you’re preparing for your first competition, or chasing something much bigger.

If movement, training, or competition is part of your life, you’re an athlete.

And being an athlete isn’t defined by performance level. It’s defined by mindset.

That mindset comes with its own pressures, expectations, and identity. It requires a different language. A different kind of support.

I learned that the hard way.

After my first major, life-altering injury, I found myself navigating something no one had prepared me for. Traditional approaches didn’t touch it. I wasn’t just healing a body. I was trying to rebuild identity, purpose, and the way I showed up in the world.

I couldn’t find the kind of support I needed.

So I became it.

About MMC

I’m Erin, founder of Mountain Mental Coaching.

I’ve spent over 15 years in performance-driven environments. From endurance sport to corporate leadership. I understand the discipline it takes to achieve, and I also understand what happens when achievement stops feeling like enough.

I hold a Master’s in Sport Psychology and am completing training as a Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator in Colorado. My work brings together performance psychology, nervous system awareness, and integration support for those navigating transition.

I work with athletes and high-achieving individuals who want to build steadiness, not just drive.

Because strength isn’t only about pushing harder.
It’s about knowing when to stay present and adapt.
