Personalized coaching tailored to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are typically held online. For those local to Colorado, in person sessions can be arranged on the court, in the field, on the trail, or on the mountain.

Integration & Life Coaching

0ngoing support through change, transitions, and periods of growth. Whether you are integrating insights from a psychedelic experience or navigating a personal or professional shift, this work helps you make sense of what’s emerging and translate it into sustainable, embodied change in daily life.

Group Coaching

Coaching for teams, groups, or organizations seeking support around performance, mindset, communication, and resilience. Available in person or remote. Includes live sessions and assigned reflective or applied work. Pricing determined based on group size and location.

Pricing starts at $150 per hour. Scholarships and sliding-scale pricing available, please contact me to discuss. I believe in providing equitable and accessible services.

Natural Medicine Services

Includes 2 preparation and integration sessions with optional continued integration coaching. Please contact directly for more information.

One on one support for individuals struggling to understand or integrate a past psychedelic experience. Focused on grounding, meaning making, and ongoing support.
